      Tech came back to install parts. The dishwasher was making a lot of noise after he serviced and installed parts. I asked him to come back in and he said oh it's not that bad once it fills up with water it will be better. He walked out and then the dishwasher smelled like it was burning. My husband went outside and talked to the tech and he said it must be another problem and he would order a new part. 1 package has arrived. We can not schedule a return visit because there is not a link to schedule and automated messages do not allow me to schedule. The automation sends me a link to schedule but there is NOT an area to do so. The account holder is my mother who is 91 and I feel like this company is taking advantage of her. She pays a lot of money in monthly coverage and $100 for the service person to come out. We can not get a hold of a live person. The cell # the tech called from is ************ and goes straight to voice mail and he will not return a text message. ********************* on behalf of ***********************

      Do not use Cinch Home Services. I paid the $200 for someone to come check on my HVAC and they scheduled someone the next day, great. THEN after a week of reviewing the claim they said it was approved and I needed to pay the $100.00 deductible. Also sounded great. Fast forward I hadn't heard anything since paying the deductible so I reached out to them. Get told on the phone it was approved but they are waiting on parts. Something didn't seem right so I asked for a manager. After an hour on the phone I finally get told that they only approved someone of the repair and I will owe $2,000+ with ZERO explanation for what I would even be approving. I repeatedly asked for a quote for WHAT they were repairing as well as WHY the repair wasn't fully approved but the person kept repeating that she didn't know and that I wasn't authorizing the additional non approved charges. We are entering 80+ degree with high humidity weather and this company took a service deductible from me WITHOUT telling me the truth about what was approved or communicating anything having to do with the process. I paid the money with the understanding that my claim was APPROVED. I now am waiting for an actual quote as to what they are NOT approving after I have already been told I was approved and my money was taken. Seems fraudulent to me to falsely state something is approved, take money, but not answer what is getting repaired or being upfront that it actually was NOT approved.
