What happens if my appliance can’t be fixed?
If we determine that your covered system or appliance cannot be repaired by our service professional, we will either replace it with a comparable item or provide a credit when a comparable item is not available.

Not a problem! It doesn’t matter how old (or new) your covered systems and appliances are. As long as they are working when your coverage goes into effect, then you’re protected. And the best part is, there’s no limit to the number of times you can call for service.
