Is this different than homeowners insurance?
Yes. A home warranty helps covers repair and replacement costs for systems and appliances that fail from normal wear and tear. Homeowners insurance does not.
Can I read the contract before I enroll?
Yes. Simply request your quote and you will receive pricing and a link to a sample contract for your selected plan.
