What is a home warranty?

It’s different than homeowners insurance, which typically only covers theft or property damage from fire and natural disasters – but doesn’t cover mechanical failures. A home warranty can cover appliances, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical and more for one low monthly price. When a covered item breaks down, you pay a service call fee for the repair or replacement and your plan helps cover the rest.2

150% off the regular retail price of your completed in-home repair service (parts and labor). As a benefit of you signing up for the Service Extend Program at the time of today's service visit, 50% of the regular price of your completed in-home repair service (parts and labor for one repair) will be collected and the remaining repair costs up to $1,000 in retail value will be waived ("Retail Price Discount"). Following your receipt of a Retail Price Discount, in the event you elect to cancel the Service Extend Program at any time before the expiration of the initial one year commitment, you shall be liable for the full retail price of all fees and repair costs related to any such Retail Price Discount and such amount will be charged to the payment method on file.

Only 1 claim, per member per 12-month period. Additional terms and conditions apply, which will be included in your plan materials you receive after enrollment.
