[TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ApplianceProtect] may cover what your manufacturer’s warranty doesn’t, plus it’s only one low cost to protect the covered [systems and appliances/ appliances] in your home. Wouldn’t you agree it makes more sense to pay one minimal fee rather than a separate cost for each covered [appliance or system/ system]?

 

 


 

 

2. CAN I USE MY OWN REPAIRMAN? At this time, you cannot use your own repair person. TotalProtect has an extensive list of factory authorized service technicians in our partner network. So you can be sure your covered device is being repaired by some of the best in the business.

 

 


 

3. WHAT EXACTLY IS COVERED UNDER THE [TOTALPROTECT/SYSTEMSPROTECT/APPLIANCEPROTECT]?

TOTALPROTECT covers 20 of your major systems and appliances for parts and labor, and even full replacement. This includes everything from your furnace, A/C, electrical and plumbing system to your refrigerator, stove, clothes washer and dishwasher. Plus this plan covers items many home service plans don’t… like clogged plumbing or failures due to things like rust and corrosion, water sediment and other unknown pre-existing conditions you aren’t presently aware of, hotel emergency lodging and Home Owners Insurance deductible up to $1,000. Plus plans are always being upgraded with new benefits, so you’ll always be on the cutting-edge of protection.

 

SYSTEMSPROTECT covers your most critical and most expensive to replace home systems including your heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical system. In addition it covers your hot water heater, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and garbage disposal. Plus this plan covers items many home service plans don’t… like clogged plumbing or failures due to things like rust and corrosion, water sediment and other unknown pre-existing conditions you aren’t presently aware of. Plus plans are always being upgraded with new benefits, so you’ll always be on the cutting-edge of protection.

 

APPLIANCEPROTECT covers virtually every appliance in your home: like your refrigerator, clothes washer and dryer, dishwasher, range/oven, trash compactor, built-in microwave – the appliances you use the most. 4. WHEN DOES COVERAGE BEGIN?

Coverage begins 30 days from enrollment date. And remember, you can call 800.474.4047 to cancel at any time before the "Effective Date" shown on your Coverage Summary document, and you won’t be billed a cent. Of course you can cancel at any time after your review period and billing will stop.

 

 


 

6. HOW CAN I BE SURE OF THE QUALITY OF THE PEOPLE SEND TO MY HOME?

Every tradesperson dispatched has undergone an extensive screening and selection process, which includes, but is not limited to: License and insurance verification and interviews with previous customers.  No one is permitted into the [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ ApplianceProtect] network unless they meet all our stringent requirements.

 


 

7. A - WHAT EXACTLY DO I DO IF I NEED A REPAIR?

Very simple.  Call their toll-free number, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  Have your contract number which can be found on your Coverage Summary Sheet handy and tell the customer service representative the nature of your repair need.


  B - WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I’VE PLACED A CLAIM?

[TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ ApplianceProtect] will put you in contact with a licensed, approved service provider in your area and schedule the repair at a time convenient to you.

 

 


 

8. WHAT IF THE TRADESPERSON DOESN'T SHOW UP?

That rarely happens, however, should you ever experience a problem of any kind, simply call [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ApplianceProtect] at 800.474.4047.

 

 


 

9. IS IT TRUE [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ ApplianceProtect]  HELP PAY FOR A REPLACEMENT IF THE DEVICE CAN'T BE FIXED?

Absolutely. As you will see in your contract’s coverage and limitation details [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ ApplianceProtect] will send you, if the repairperson determines that the problem can’t be fixed, [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ApplianceProtect] will replace the covered item with a comparable [systems/ appliances]. That’s one of the top reasons why it’s so important to have protection like this…


 


10. WHAT IF MY [SYSTEMS OR APPLIANCES/APPLIANCES] [ARE/IS] VERY OLD?

 

It doesn't matter. As long as [they're/it’s] working when your contract goes into effect, [they're/it’s] covered. You can check out the contract for coverage details and limitations.

 

 


 

11. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF TIMES I CAN USE THE SERVICE?

You can call the service as many times as you need to repair or replace your covered [systems and appliances/ systems/appliances].  

 


 

12. DOES THE PROGRAM HAVE A 30-DAY TRIAL?

No. The plan gives you 30 days from today before billing begins so you have time to consider the program and decide if it’s right for you. During that time you’ll receive all the materials you need to make the best decision. And if you decide it’s not for you and call to cancel within 30 days from today, you will not be billed a penny. That’s [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ ApplianceProtect] satisfaction guarantee.  If you do not cancel within these 30 days, your coverage will begin and your monthly premiums will be billed your Checking/savings account or Credit Card you use [today/tonight].

 


 

13. EXPLAIN THE SERVICE CALL FEE.

You pay the service call fee directly to the service provider using any form of payment accepted. Once paid, the repair process will begin.

 


 

14. HOW IS THE PROGRAM BILLED? / AM I GOING TO BE BILLED? / WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

The low monthly fee of just [$43.95/$33.95/$18.95] is conveniently billed to the [INSERT CLIENT’S NAME] checking account on file/Credit Card you give us [today/tonight]. So if for any reason you decide the program is not right for you, simply call [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ ApplianceProtect] at 800.474.4047 and cancel before your 30-day review period ends and you will not be billed.  The program will have cost you nothing.


 

15. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY AGREEMENT?

You should receive your welcome guide within 7-10 working days after enrolling.  It will include your Service Plan Agreement, warranty contract number and plan effective date.

 

 


16. WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER / WHAT IF I WANT TO STOP THIS SERVICE BEFORE I GET BILLED.

 

Just call toll-free 800.474.4047 within 30 days of today to cancel and avoid being billed.  After the 30 day review period, you can call that same number to cancel and avoid further billing.  

 


 

17. CAN I CANCEL AFTER I’VE MADE A CLAIM?

Yes. However, you would be responsible for the lesser of the remaining premium for the rest of the year or the amount of the claim.

 


 

18. CAN I CANCEL AT ANYTIME?

Yes. You may cancel at any time. If you call to cancel before the first 30 days are over, you will not be billed. You may also cancel at any time thereafter and billing will stop. You will be refunded any unexpired payment amounts you may have made, less claims paid. However, if you have made a claim, you would be responsible for the lesser of the remaining premium for the rest of the year or the amount of your claim.

 


 

19. DO I PAY A [$75/$100/$125] SERVICE FEE TO THE SERVICE COMPANY?

Although non-covered and incidental charges may apply to certain repairs or replacements, typically you shouldn’t pay more than [$75/$100/$125], no matter how complicated the repair may be.  But in the majority of cases, you won't even come close, let alone exceed, this amount.

21.  WHERE/WHO IS TOTALPROTECT /SYSTEMSPROTECT /APPLIANCE PROTECT.

What:  

[TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ApplianceProtect] is a home warranty product that protects [the primary systems and appliances you need and use the most/your appliances] against the mechanical failure caused by everyday wear and tear – coverage that is not currently included in your homeowner’s policy.

The [TotalProtect/SystemsProtect/ApplianceProtect] Home Service Plan Agreement is issued by HomeSure Services, Inc., except in the following states where it is issued by the identified entity: in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming by HomeSure of America, Inc.; in California by HomeSure Protection of California, Inc.; and in Virginia and Oregon by HomeSure of Virginia, Inc.
